A family of 2 mil cast print films with Comply adhesive using micro air-release technology, for compatible solvent, UV and latex inkjet graphics. Choose standard white, transparent or metallic silver; high-tack 10LSE white for specified low-surface-energy substrates; or ultra-removable 10UR white. The 10LSE construction is non-removable. Adhesion, removal and substrate guidance differ by subtype, so follow the selected film’s current bulletin and match the graphic protection to the print system and application.

IJ180mC-10SLS is an opaque white cast print-wrap film specifically formulated for stainless steel, with permanent gray pressure-activated adhesive and micro air-release channels. Follow the SLS product bulletin for substrate preparation, application temperatures, rivets and compatible graphic protection.

3M specifications and application resources

Select the bulletin for the exact suffix. The family bulletin covers standard -10 white, -114 transparent and -120 metallic film. Separate guides below cover -10LSE for specified low-surface-energy substrates, -10UR ultra-removable film and -10SLS for stainless steel. The LSE guide also describes -114LSE, which is not an option on this page.

LSE is non-removable, and SLS is permanent; neither should be substituted for UR when removal is a requirement. Follow each specialty guide’s substrate and application limits. For transparent graphics, choose the required optical clarity and finish rather than assuming all overlaminates look the same.

Match the bulletin to the exact film suffix and intended substrate. Use a compatible ink/printer system and let printed graphics fully dry or cure before lamination or installation. Follow the film and application instructions for preparation, contours, temperature and finishing; do not transfer a heat-setting recipe from a different film or laminate.

Compatible graphic protection

3M lists 8518 gloss, 8519 luster and 8520 matte among the graphic-protection options for these films. Match the chosen finish to the exact ink/film system, substrate and exposure. This is not a blanket warranty or suitability assurance for every finished graphic.

See 8518 / 8519 / 8520 overlaminates in 48.5, 54 and 60 in widths. Check the chosen print-film suffix and laminate finish, width and length together, including trimming needs and laminator capacity. A 48.5 in laminate option is wider than a 48 in print roll; it is not an identical-width designation.
