Ordering terms

Choosing and ordering products

Check the product name, color, width, length and quantity before ordering. If you need a product or size that is not shown online, call us. Ask about by-the-foot materials, full rolls, additional colors, custom widths and quantity pricing. Availability depends on the product and size.

For items marked call to order or quote required, contact us with the item number and quantity so availability, the configuration and any required shipping quote can be confirmed before payment.

Order minimums

There is no general minimum merchandise total for ordinary online orders.

Payment arrangements

Cash and checks are available by arrangement outside online checkout. Invoice terms are only for customers who already have a pre-established terms account. Contact us with questions about an existing account or to ask about applying for terms.

Pricing errors

If we discover a website pricing error after an order, we will request the customer's approval before proceeding at the corrected price. If the customer declines, the affected item will be canceled and refunded.

Material selection and product information

Review the manufacturer's current data sheet and application instructions for the specific product. Confirm suitability for the intended surface and use, and test uncertain combinations before production. Contact us if you need help locating a technical sheet or choosing a material.

Product issues and returns

Contact GLGS first for a warranty or defect issue. Refer to our return and cancellation policy for ordinary returns and customer-requested cancellations. Nothing in these ordering sections removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
