Before bringing in or shipping a cutter: Contact us with the model number, serial number, symptoms and any error messages. Do not ship or deliver equipment until service arrangements have been confirmed.

Equipment we service and evaluate

We service current Graphtec CE8000 and FC9000 cutting plotters, including the CE8000-130AKZ. We also evaluate qualifying CE7000, CE6000, FC8600 and FC8000 cutters individually.

Available work depends on the exact model, machine condition, warranty status and replacement-parts availability. Factory parts for some legacy models are limited or no longer available. Evaluation is required before a repair can be promised.

Preventive maintenance

Contact us about preventive maintenance, cleaning and calibration for your Graphtec cutter. Tell us the model, how you use it and any changes in cutting quality, tracking or registration. The work needed depends on the machine and its condition.

For routine care between service visits, follow the instructions in the Graphtec user manual for your exact model. The manufacturer resources below provide model-specific manuals and troubleshooting information.

Local and shipped-in repairs

Repairs are performed at our facility in Youngstown, Ohio. We do not currently offer onsite repairs at the customer’s location. We serve customers throughout Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania, and shipped-in service is available by prior arrangement.

Call before shipping so the model, symptoms, packaging and service requirements can be reviewed. Our Contact Us page has business-location details; do not send equipment until the receiving arrangements have been confirmed.

Warranty and legacy equipment

Warranty work may require registration, verification of coverage and prior authorization from Graphtec America. Have the model and serial number ready before arranging service.

For a legacy cutter, we can evaluate whether troubleshooting, adjustment, an available replacement part or replacement equipment is the practical next step. A model appearing in the list above does not mean that every part or repair is available.

Equipment, parts and supplies

Explore Graphtec cutters and plotters or compare the CE8000 and FC9000 series.

For a blade, blade holder, cutting strip or repair part, provide the exact cutter model and the existing part number, if known. Parts and consumables are model-specific; ask us to confirm the fit before ordering.

Use Graphtec’s genuine-blade selection guide and blade-holder guide to identify manufacturer requirements. These guides describe Graphtec parts, not compatibility guarantees for aftermarket blades. Ask us about parts and supplies for your cutter.

Graphtec support resources

Use documentation and downloads for your exact model and computer system. Contact us if you are unsure which resource or part applies to your cutter.

Do you offer repairs at my location?

Repairs are performed at our Youngstown facility. We do not currently offer onsite repairs at the customer’s location.

What if the issue is related to my computer or cutting software?

Include your computer’s operating system and cutting software, along with the cutter model, serial number and a description of what happens. Setup, connectivity and operating guidance are part of our listed services.
