Need help choosing a material, finding an item or asking about an order? Contact Great Lakes Graphic Supply for product availability, pricing and ordering assistance.

Find the right product

Browse sign and graphic supply categories or view all products. Check the product name, color, width and length when choosing an option.

If you cannot find what you need online, call us to check availability or place an order by phone. Ask about additional colors and sizes, by-the-foot materials, full rolls or custom widths. Availability depends on the product and size.

For a product inquiry, include the manufacturer or product name, item number if known, color, size, quantity and intended application. For items marked call to order, contact us with the item number and quantity to confirm availability and lead time before ordering.

Questions about an existing order

Contact us with your order number, if available, and a description of what you need help with. This includes questions about products, delivery, order changes or returns.

Established invoice accounts

Invoice terms are for customers who already have a pre-established terms account. Contact us with questions about your account or if you would like to apply for terms.

Local pickup

Local pickup is only available for items confirmed to be physically in stock at GLGS. Please confirm your order is ready before collecting it.

Local pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. We are closed major holidays. Contact us about your pickup order.

Graphtec service inquiries

For service help, include the exact model and serial number, symptoms, error messages and relevant computer or cutting-software information. Repairs are performed at our Youngstown facility; onsite repairs are not currently offered. Do not ship or bring in equipment until service arrangements have been confirmed.
