Windows and equipment compatibility
SignLab is Windows software, not a native Mac application. Windows 11 is recommended. Confirm your computer configuration and exact cutter or printer model before ordering; a supported brand name alone does not confirm every model or workflow.
Fiery's SignLab 11.3 release notes added Graphtec CE8000-series drivers. For another Graphtec model, a specific file format or a particular print-and-cut workflow, contact us to check compatibility. Test representative files and output with the appropriate trial before committing to a license.
Recommended computer configuration

- Multicore Intel or AMD processor, 3 GHz or faster
- 16 GB RAM
- SSD with at least 50 GB of available space
- 1080p display resolution
These recommendations are from Fiery's SignLab 11.3.2 release notes dated September 17, 2025. That document lists Windows 10 and Windows 11 as supported operating systems and minimum hardware of a multicore Intel or AMD processor at 1.7 GHz or faster, 8 GB RAM, 50 GB available disk space and 720p resolution. Check Fiery's documentation for the version you will install.
Upgrades and ordering
Already using SignLab? Upgrades require an individual quote and eligibility check. Tell us your current edition and version, the computer operating system, and the exact cutter or printer you use.
New full licenses are delivered by email. Great Lakes Graphic Supply processes the license order and emails activation information and setup instructions; delivery is not instant or automatic, and no physical item is shipped. Use the correct license-delivery email when ordering. If the license is for a different person or business, contact us with the licensee's name, company, email, phone and full address. New licenses do not require an existing activation number.
