Email delivery

This is a new full software license, delivered by email. No physical item is shipped. Great Lakes Graphic Supply processes the license order and emails the activation information and setup instructions; delivery is not instant or automatic.

Use the correct license-delivery email when ordering. If the license is for a different person or business, contact us with the licensee's name, company, delivery email, phone and full address so the order can be prepared correctly. A new license does not require an existing activation number. Do not send payment-card details by email.

Windows and compatibility

SignLab is Windows software, not a native Mac application. Confirm the exact cutter or printer, operating system and production workflow before ordering. A supported brand does not mean every model or workflow is supported. Test representative work with the appropriate trial before committing to a license.

Fiery's SignLab 11.3.2 release notes recommend Windows 11, a multicore Intel or AMD processor at 3 GHz or faster, 16 GB RAM, an SSD with at least 50 GB free, and a 1080p display. Check the requirements for the version you will install.
