Shipping charges

Product prices and shipping charges are separate. For items eligible for online checkout, the complete shipping charge is shown before payment. Items designated as requiring a freight quote must be quoted before payment. If an order includes a quote-required item, we quote the entire order before payment. Ordering multiple ordinary rolls does not, by itself, make the order quote-required.

An accepted checkout shipping charge will not be increased solely because Great Lakes Graphic Supply chooses a different fulfillment source after the order. GLGS keeps or covers the difference for that source change.

Graphtec equipment delivery

The following offer applies to the Graphtec CE8000-40, CE8000-60, CE8000-130, CE8000-130AKZ, FC9000-75, FC9000-100, FC9000-140 and FC9000-160:

Free standard equipment delivery to contiguous-U.S. street addresses. Ships directly from Graphtec. Other destinations or extra delivery services require a quote before payment.

This equipment offer does not waive shipping charges for other items in the order.

Availability and timing

An item available from a supplier is not necessarily physically stocked at our Youngstown location. Order timing depends on product availability and fulfillment arrangements. We do not make a general same-day dispatch promise or a universal order cutoff.

If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer to discuss waiting, an alternative or cancellation. An alternative will not be substituted without agreement. Any legally required delay notices, cancellation options and refunds remain available.

Destinations needing review

Orders for U.S. territories and military APO, FPO or DPO addresses require an inquiry and quote before payment. Alaska and Hawaii orders require a complete verified shipping charge before payment or a quote before the order is placed.

Local pickup

Local pickup is only for items physically available at Great Lakes Graphic Supply. Contact us to confirm availability and pickup arrangements before traveling. Supplier-direct availability alone does not qualify an item for pickup.

Pickup hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. We are closed major holidays.
