Standard weight saturated paper with high tack natural latex adhesive for clean pick up and transfer of small and medium size lettering and graphics. Sticks and lays flat to the exposed release liner around cut vinyl graphics to protect against wrinkling, tunneling and edge curling.
Compatible cut-lettering supplies
For cut-lettered VinylEfx graphics, Nekoosa recommends RTape Conform 4075RLA application tape. This recommendation is for cut lettering, not printed graphics. Apply VinylEfx dry to flat, smooth surfaces. These film and tape rolls are 24 inches wide; choose a usable tape width that covers the complete design and test the complete application first.

Product resources and application guidance
Use the 4075RLA entries in these manufacturer references: high-tack paper application tape with Release Liner Adhesion for small to medium-sized lettering and graphics. High tack is not a universal compatibility recommendation; test the actual tape, vinyl and release liner before production.
The technical sheet lists a 3.0 mil paper facestock, 4.2 mil total caliper and one-year shelf life. Conform supports wet or dry application, but follow the selected vinyl's method. The existing VinylEfx recommendation, where shown, remains dry application only.
Cover the graphic with one sheet of tape without stretching it or trapping air. After the graphic has bonded, peel the tape back against itself at about 180 degrees. For printed graphics, follow the ink and film makers' curing requirements before masking; avoid prolonged or hot storage of masked graphics.
Document note: 4075RLA is identified as High Tack on the Conform overview and technical-data pages and in the selector guide; the PDF's stock-size table has an inconsistent Medium label. Manufacturer stock-size tables do not change the roll size stated in this listing.
