MACtac RoughRAP Cast Wall-Graphic Film — Gloss White — 54 in × 75 or 150 ft

MACtac RoughRAP RR100 combines 2-mil gloss white conformable cast PVC with opaque high-tack permanent adhesive and a 90# layflat release liner. It is designed to conform to the texture of suitable indoor and outdoor brick and block walls. It is not floor media and carries no floor-use or slip-rating claim.

Compatible with solvent, eco-solvent, latex and UV inkjet printing. MACtac lists Rayzor for overlamination, subject to compatibility with the complete print system.

Use the dedicated RoughRAP installation method and test the actual wall before production. Deeply textured surfaces may provide inadequate contact area. UV inks can crack under heavy stretching. Test the complete film, ink, laminate and substrate combination; suitability and removal results are not universally guaranteed.

The dedicated performance guide rates printed outdoor graphics for 18 months and correctly installed printed indoor graphics for up to five years. These are performance ratings, not warranties. Results and service life vary with wall condition, ink, installation, exposure and maintenance.

Each option is one full, unprinted roll, sold separately. Overlaminate is not included.
