MACtac REBEL RB428P is a 4-mil opaque matte white PVC print film. It uses clear permanent acrylic adhesive and is supplied on a 90# layflat polycoated release liner. It is designed for labels, decals, promotional displays and indoor or outdoor signs. This roll measures 54 inches wide by 150 feet long.
Compatible with solvent, eco-solvent and latex inkjet; UV and solvent screen; UV offset; and UV flexographic printing. Mactac lists Colorgard or Promogard for overlamination. Up to 4 years outdoors as a nominal media rating. Test the complete film, ink, laminate and substrate combination before production. Service life varies with ink, installation, exposure and maintenance.

Manufacturer resources and application guidance
For solvent and eco-solvent prints, the performance guide specifies 24–48 hours of drying open to the air before lamination. Dry the print fully and test the complete media, ink, laminate and substrate combination. Ordinary soap-and-water application fluids can whiten the adhesive; follow the exact guide rather than assuming wet application is suitable.
Compatible print materials
For solvent or eco-solvent printed REBEL RB428P or RB429P graphics, Mactac lists PromoGard PG7000 with the RB400 media family. This is a material-selection recommendation, not a finished-graphic warranty or a blanket recommendation for other inks. Match the usable laminate width to the complete graphic and test the finished system first. The available PG7000 options are 54-inch gloss (PG7054), 60-inch gloss (PG7060), and 54-inch matte (PG7254); no 60-inch matte option is offered here.
