MACtac Rayzor LF4600 is a 2-mil optically clear gloss overlaminate that uses highly conformable cast PVC to protect compatible printed graphics. It combines permanent clear acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive with a PET release liner. Designed for vehicle, fleet, marine and outdoor graphics on flat, curved, corrugated or riveted surfaces, it helps resist UV-related fading, moisture, dirt and abrasion. Pair it with compatible cast print media, including suitable Gruv GV7 and GV10 systems. Confirm the intended exposure and service requirement before selecting this construction. PET liner thickness and outdoor durability remain unconfirmed. The performance guide describes a 1.5 mil polyester liner and 5 years for Central U.S. outdoor vertical applications; the catalog and product pages show a 1.2 mil liner and 7 years. Confirm both values with Mactac before specification; these links do not resolve either difference. Follow the guide's limitations and test the complete ink, media and laminate combination before use.
