A white, 7 mil enclosed-lens retroreflective film with permanent, pressure-activated adhesive. It supports compatible solvent, UV and latex inkjet graphics for suitable vehicles, fleets and non-regulated signs. The adhesive allows positioning before firm application pressure. Match the substrate, print and protective construction to 3M's current technical guidance.

Application and care resources
Use the permanent IJ680-10 entries in the shared bulletin; the IJ680CR removal and air-release instructions do not apply to this film. Apply dry and fully dry or cure printed graphics before finishing. Avoid lifting it sharply during positioning.
Reflective appearance alone does not establish suitability for a regulated sign or vehicle-marking project. Check the exact required specification and finished construction before use.

3M lists 8519 luster overlaminate as a graphic-protection option. The linked 48.5 in laminate is wider than this 48 in film; check your laminator capacity and trimming requirements. Its 50 yd length does not change the film length selected here. These are separate products, not a preconfigured or warranted kit; verify the complete ink, finish and application system.
