MetaGuard MGi is a polymeric calendered PVC overlaminate for protecting prints on flat or simple curved surfaces. Its permanent clear solvent-based acrylic adhesive contains UV inhibitors. The family is matched with Metamark MDi print media.

Apply with a laminator after inks have cured. Confirm suitability for the exact print medium and ink system, and follow processing guidance. Simple curves do not establish complex-recess suitability.

Use the current linked MGi V2 family sheet rather than an unrelated MG-700 or MG-80 document. It retains the MDi family match and flat/simple-curve scope; simple curves do not establish complex-recess capability.
The V2 introduction and features include UV, while the handling list still names solvent, eco-solvent and latex. Confirm the exact ink and print-media system rather than infer universal UV suitability. Follow the actual media’s drying requirement and the laminator guidance.
