MetaGuard MG-850RW is a thin, high-gloss polyester overlaminate intended to help protect printed graphics from graffiti and chemicals. Its permanent clear solvent-based acrylic adhesive contains UV stabilizers. It is suitable for flat or 2D curved surfaces.

Not suitable for 3D compound curves; the film is not conformable. Use a laminator, allow inks to cure as required and confirm compatibility with the print medium and intended cleaning process. Protection depends on the complete graphic system and conditions.

Use a laminator and confirm compatibility with the actual printed medium. MG-850RW is not conformable and is not suitable for 3D compound curves. Its weathering reference concerns the overlaminate, not guaranteed protection or life of the printed image.
Use the product-specific care bulletin rather than assuming vinyl-overlaminate care applies to this polyester surface. The bulletin includes a general solvent warning alongside cleaner categories: confirm the intended cleaning method with the manufacturer before solvent-based graffiti removal. Ketone cleaners are not recommended, and paint removers can damage the adhesive.
