MetaCast MDC is a premium cast printable vinyl for vehicle wraps. Its MetaGlide microchannel adhesive helps air escape and supports repositioning during application. The MDC and MetaGuard MGC matched system is designed for compound curves, channels and recesses when processed and installed to the manufacturer’s instructions.

Use the product-specific sheet and wrap guide together. Install dry, allow the printed film to out-gas fully before laminating and installing, and follow the family-specific fitting and post-heating instructions. A shorter general lamination drying interval must not replace the wrap-system guidance. Test the actual substrate and print process; do not overstretch.
This is white gloss MDC-100-137-50 with MetaGlide, not MDC-B. The matched MGC roll construction still needs confirmation if nominal thickness is critical; no caliper is substituted from these family references.
