A 5.9 mil perforated vinyl print film with a 40% open pattern and removable, pressure-sensitive adhesive. It displays a printed image on the outside while allowing a view through the window from inside. Suitable applications include retail windows, building dividers and permitted non-regulated vehicle windows. It supports compatible solvent, UV and latex inkjet printing. Apply dry to suitable transparent surfaces and follow the current 3M bulletin for printing, graphic protection and installation.

Choose the complete print, protection and installation system before production. Follow the IJ67 bulletin for the intended ink/printer combination, drying or curing and dry application. The installer must assess the actual window, visibility requirements and applicable restrictions; a perforation percentage is not a finished-window light-transmission guarantee.
For any contemplated vehicle installation, review the window restrictions and inspection records first. Do not obstruct the driver's view or emergency exits, or apply to wiper-equipped or roll-down windows or rubber gaskets. A product listing does not establish permission for vehicle use.
Use the glass-specific removal procedure: do not use heat-aided removal on glass because it can cause breakage. The linked care and removal instructions must be used together with the exact product and substrate restrictions.
Compatible protection, selected for this width
The current IJ67 bulletin lists 8518 as graphic protection. 3M 8518 gloss overlaminate, 54 in × 50 yd, SKU 7001-5415-000 is a separately sold width-matched option, not an included component. Confirm the intended ink/printing system and finished application against 3M 8518 overlaminate bulletin: exact product limitations (PDF, September 2026) and the IJ67 bulletin; fully dry or cure the print before lamination. Plan the required length and processing allowance. Installer selection is still required, and this pairing does not by itself establish vehicle permission, finished light transmission or warranty coverage. Do not substitute the 8519 or 8520 options on the linked page.
