MetaGuard MGC is a premium cast vinyl overlaminate matched with MetaCast MDC print film. It is designed for the matched vehicle-wrap system, including compound curves, channels and recesses when applied to the manufacturer’s instructions. The permanent solvent-based adhesive contains UV inhibitors.

Allow printed inks to cure and confirm suitability of the overlaminate for the print media. Use the manufacturer’s laminating and wrap-application guidance. The matched-system recommendation does not replace substrate and processing checks.

Use the matched print-film and overlaminate instructions together. Allow the print to out-gas fully; the wrap-system drying requirement takes precedence over a shorter general interval. Follow the laminator, dry-installation and family-specific heat/post-heating directions. Test the actual ink, substrate and process.
The supplied US roll’s nominal thickness remains unconfirmed where historical and current family references differ. No thickness value is added here. The MGC reference does not approve every cast, calendered or UV-printed film.
