ThermoFlex Textile Decoration

This is a self-adhesive, velvety material perfect for cutting rhinestone templates with any craft cutter. The flock is plush and easy to cut and the sticky adhesive on the back allows this to be used and reused. Cut your circles out and peel away from the backing and you can apply it a template backer board or stick on top of itself. Easily sweep the stones into place. 

ThermoFlex Plus from Specialty Materials is a heat transfer vinyl designed to be used with a vinyl cutter and heat press for decorating T-shirts and other apparel.

ThermoFlex Plus is one of the most popular heat transfer films because it is easy to apply and very durable.

ThermoFlex Plus can be used for the following materials: Cotton, cotton-blends, polyester, spandex, lycra, wool, linen and some athletic mesh garments. Will not adhere to nylon.

ThermoFlex® Xtra has incorporated the most desirable features of ThermoFlex® Plus: easy handling, cutting and weeding but with a thicker polyester carrier sheet and a low-tack carrier adhesive, enabling easy weeding without lifting the cut image from the carrier.

ThermoFlex® Xtra will also adhere to some silicon-coated materials with sufficient surface texture to permit the adhesive to grip when transferred according to directions.

Introducing NEW Glitterflex Ultra!! It has the widest color selection on the market: 26 amazing colors to be exact. This glitter product has an easy-to-use sticky carrier, which makes weeding a snap. It has actual glitter flakes encased in a high quality heat sealing adhesive. As GlitterFlex™ Ultra films are thicker than most of our other films, simply increase the downward pressure of your knife blade in order to ensure clean cuts and easy weeding.  No nylon, dazzle cloth, shiny polyester or moisture-wicking materials.

Use ColorJet™ III to decorate t-shirts with your water-based/pigmented desktop inkjet printer!

ColorJet™ III is an opaque white material with a matte finish, coated for water-based inkjet printing. Use inkjet “print and cut system” or cut by hand. You can apply ColorJet™ III with heated hand iron and firm downward pressure. Make sure that the print is thoroughly dry before pressing.

4.0 mil, bleached 70 lb densified kraft liner. Realease coat on one side. Heavy liner ideal for kiss-cutting and lay-flat applications.

Teflon sheets are used to protect your images when heating. Greatly used when layering your materials.

Another use is if you need to repress material. It will keep the heat press material from rippling or overheating.
